UI design: 4cast COVID-19 App where community members can anonymously report COVID-19 symptoms, giving health officials a map of emerging hotspots. (March 2020)

I produced this index-card prototype in less than an hour to meet the urgent request of a Can't Stop Columbus Product Owner. 

Upon presenting this prototype successfully to a statewide health organization, the Product Owner requested an MVP wireframe in 4 hours. I mapped out the following flow in InDesign.

My MVP design was picked up by a statewide health organization’s staff for further consideration and potential development in-house.
